Know Your School Survey - KYSS

KYSS gives a multi-dimensional picture of how staff, students and parents view the school environment by checking the behaviours, attitudes, and perceptions that are moving the school forward or holding it back.

KYSS provides headteachers and their leadership teams with objective evidence to guide and prioritise their strategic decision making; it checks their understanding of where their individual school’s strengths and opportunities lie; and it identifies the challenges that are impacting on performance, enabling them to focus time and resources on meaningful and lasting improvements.
